Cranston RI Chiropractor Stephen M. Estner Named as Liaison to American Chiropractic Association’s Local RI Liaison Program September, 2010 – Cranston RI – RI chiropractor Stephen M. Estner was recently named as a local liaison for the American Chiropractic Association. The Association currently has 21 states participating as members, and recently added Alaska, California, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Mississippi, New York, Ohio and the US Virgin Islands to the program roster. The focus of the ACA is to provide a support system to assist and collaborate within each state regarding insurance-related issues. An ACA appointed Doctor of Chiropractic Liaison member works with ACA staff and State leadership and organizations to address any specific challenges.
